With multiple cats, the box will simply run more cleaning cycles, and you may need to empty the 9L waste drawer more frequently.

Safety is built in. ComfyBox Pro is designed for domestic use and includes smart sensors that detect when a cat is inside or approaches during a cleaning cycle. If movement is detected, the drum stops or won’t start until the cat has safely left. The unit runs on low-voltage power and must be installed on a stable, flat surface and used according to the user manual to ensure safe operation.

After your cat uses the box and leaves, the sensors detect the exit, wait a short delay, and then the drum gently rotates. Clean litter is sifted and returned to the base, while clumps and solid waste fall into the sealed 9L drawer. Ionic/antibacterial deodorisation helps neutralise smells so the box stays fresh with minimal daily effort.

Yes. ComfyBox Pro is app-controlled (iOS & Android). From the app you can see status, trigger or pause cleaning cycles, check usage history, and receive alerts (for example, when the waste drawer is nearly full). This makes it easy to monitor your cat’s litter habits even when you’re not at home.

For best performance, use a fast-clumping, low-dust litter. ComfyBox Pro is optimised for our 100% natural, corn-based ComfyCat PURE litter, which is ultra-clumping, dust-free and flushable. Non-clumping, silica crystal or very heavy litters can affect the cleaning performance and may void parts of the warranty if they cause mechanical issues.
