1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to most countries within the European Union. The exact list of countries and shipping options is shown at checkout.
2. Handling & Dispatch Times
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–72 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).
- During peak periods, handling times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to ship quickly.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Typical delivery times (from dispatch):
- EU countries: approximately 3–7 business days
- Remote areas or islands: may take slightly longer
These are estimates only; actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, customs or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping rates are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
- From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions (for certain products, bundles or minimum order values). Any such offers will be clearly indicated on the Site.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
- You can use the tracking link to follow your parcel until delivery.
If your tracking link doesn’t update after several days, please contact us at help@comfycat.com and we’ll check with the courier.
6. Failed Delivery & Address Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If:
- The address is incorrect or incomplete, or
- The courier cannot deliver and the parcel is returned to us,
we may need to charge a re-shipping fee to send the order again.
7. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:
- If possible, ask the courier to note this at delivery, and
- Take clear photos of the box (outside and inside) and any product damage,
- Email everything to
