Welcome to ComfyCat.com. The Site is operated by ComfyCat (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

ComfyCat.com is owned and operated by Petra Srl, a limited liability company incorporated in Italy, with registered office at MILANO (MI) VIA ALFONSO LAMARMORA 6 CAP 20122, VAT no. IT12386900968. For any legal or billing matters, Petra Srl is the contracting party for all purchases made on this Site.

ComfyCat sells innovative pet products, including the ComfyBox Pro automatic cat litter box, cat litter and accessories, via the website www.comfycat.com. If you have any questions, you can reach us at: help@comfycat.com

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to:

Your access to and use of ComfyCat.com, and
All purchases made through our Site.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, and
You are purchasing for personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Product Information

We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. However:

Colours and details may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
Product specifications (features, bundles, pricing) may be updated from time to time.

If you’re unsure whether a product is suitable for your cat or your home, please contact us before ordering at help@comfycat.com

4. Prices, Taxes & Payment

All prices on the Site are shown in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you will pay for that order.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (for example, major credit/debit cards and any financing / BNPL partners where available).

Your order is only accepted when we send you an Order Confirmation email.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs, destinations and estimated delivery times are explained on our Shipping & Delivery page.

Key points:

Orders are dispatched from our EU warehouse.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and in the Shipping page.
We will send you a Shipping Confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse, including tracking where available.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, strikes, weather or other events outside our reasonable control, but we will always do our best to help you track and receive your parcel.

6. Returns & Refunds (30-Day Policy)

We want you to be happy with your purchase from ComfyCat.

30-day satisfaction period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a satisfaction refund.
To start a return, email help@comfycat.com with your order number and a short explanation of the issue.

Within 30 days of delivery

Unused and in original condition

If the product is unused and in its original condition, you are eligible for a full refund once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Used but still working correctly

If the product has been used but is still functioning correctly, you are eligible for a refund minus the original shipping cost once we receive and inspect the returned item.

You are responsible for packing the product securely and, unless otherwise agreed, for the cost of returning the product to us.

After 30 days of delivery

We do not normally offer full satisfaction refunds after 30 days unless there is a clear product fault.
If there is no product fault (for example, your cat does not use it or you changed your mind late), we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund or store credit as a goodwill gesture.

If the product is faulty or damaged, our separate faulty product / warranty rules apply. Please contact help@comfycat.com with photos or a short video so we can help you quickly.

Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

7. Subscriptions & Recurring Payments

For litter subscriptions or other recurring plans:

The billing frequency and price will be clearly displayed at checkout and in your confirmation email.
You can manage, pause or cancel your subscription by following the instructions in your emails or by contacting help@comfycat.com before your next billing date.
If a payment fails, we may attempt to re-charge your payment method or contact you to update your details.

8. Warranty & Product Use

Our products are designed for domestic use only.

The ComfyBox Pro automatic cat litter box is intended for use with compatible litter types and in accordance with the user manual.
Misuse, improper installation, modification or use with unsuitable litter may void warranty coverage.

Any warranty period and conditions are those specified on the product page and in the documentation supplied with your product.

9. Accounts & Security

If you create an account on ComfyCat.com, you are responsible for:

Keeping your login details confidential,
Restricting access to your devices, and
Informing us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be misused, fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on ComfyCat.com, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons and videos, is owned by or licensed to ComfyCat and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or modify any content without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy & Cookies

We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy & Cookies Policy, including:

Information you provide when placing an order or contacting us,
Technical data about your device and browsing,
Your marketing preferences where you opt in.

By using the Site, you consent to our use of cookies as described in that policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental or consequential loss,
Loss of profits, business or data,
Damage arising from misuse of the products or failure to follow instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
